weekend wrap up

not mucho exciting - mostly on the bike paths this weekend as i try to avoid the main roads to stay away from cars and the jerks that are in them.

staying on the path doesn't seem to help avoid the jerks though.

mileage and fitness are on the way up and i think i may even venture out to a cross country race in the glorious state of O-hi-O this weekend. not the norm for me, but will be good to get out on the trails.

with that - gotta roll.

race schedule - generally don't put it up. too many people following it and i like to leave some element of suprise when i show up to a race. but - i will be heading up that way for a few races this year.

coin purse - you got it. hammer nutrition carries them and i put my extra endurolytes (or other caps they have) in them. i go light with the endurolytes and as soon as i start to cramp (which hopefully doesn't happen) i take 3 or 4 of them.

usually, cramps go away within minutes.
