opted for my older moots cross bike because i had my tufo cross tires on it. thought they would hook up a little better in the snow, but as the temperture dropped and the snow got packed down, the course was covered with ice spots.
notice my high tech gloves - they are actually ski gloves over top of a very thin liner. my hands can't stand being cold!
